PC-only Settings[]

Shadows
On Off
Shadows-DPL-On
Shadows are added to vehicles, buildings (close up) and TK.
Shadows-DPL-Off
Shadows are absent from almost all features in the game. Only shading is added underneath pedestrians and vehicles.
Shader Versions
In computer graphics, a shader version is file data that represents the output of reflections, shading and lighting in display.
1x 2.0
ShaderVersion-DPL-1x
Original shader design. Lower quality textures, reflections and less saturates.
ShaderVersion-DPL-2
Updated color scheme, reflections and texture quality.
Normal Mapping
Mapping is the process of stretching or positioning a square texture sheet onto a surface in video.
On Off
NormalMapping-DPL-On
Embossed textures.
NormalMapping-DPL-Off
"Normal" textures are textures which have a separate, 3D-like, texture effect, despite not being 3D. Turning off this effect removes the 3D-ness of flat textures and results in mostly 2D appearance.
Anti-Aliasing
Anti-aliasing is the process of diminishing jaggies - stairstep-like lines that should be smooth. This applies notably to most edged surfaces, such as vehicles, components of buildings such as spires, and many street accessories such as street-lamps and fencing.

Gamma
Gamma is the relationship between power and brightness in video settings. Adjusting gamma tends to affect the level of both brightness and contrast in the display.
